Last post

Hi everyone,  this will unfortunately be my last post here. It's time to take a break and focus on my family. As well as it was discovered that my entire system has a hack through it. So thank you to all of my clients. I have appreciated every single one of you. I have learned so much even through some of my own mistakes. Learning something new with each experience.  Thank you!

New year and a new start.

Being away from my blog for awhile has been difficult for me. I love this space as an area to share my photography. I love photography, but there came a point it was too much anxiety for me. Also with having 2 babies in 2 years and an illness with my husband while pregnant with the first of 2 in 2 years, I completely lost myself. I had creative sparks but it was overwhelming and I couldn't do the job the way I wanted to. Add postpartum and well I spiraled into a space where I couldn't do it.
Fast forward to today and I am awake again and slowly getting myself back into the direction I want to go. New year and a new place as we have just moved and I want to create again. I want to connect with my clients and still be apart of their families for years to come. So here I am....ready to start again :)

A little MIA??????

Hi everyone, my posting has been a little mia recently. There's an excellent excuse as I had a beautiful baby girl :) I'll be catching up on my blog in the next couple weeks. I'm starting to book fall sessions now too so book early to secure a spot.

I have so much to share. I am now back and ready to respond to all my messages...I had a lovely time at a photography retreat. Learning so much and being inspired again. Let's slow down and capture everything around us. I have always believed in capturing the little moments, the in-between moments and the moments you do not even realize are there. So I'll be playing catch up again on this blog this week.

I jump at the chance to photograph anything in the mountains. This couple was amazing to work with and I hope I get to see them again.

Happy early Mother's Day!!! I love capturing the mother/child bond. There are precious moments in simple glances and smiles. I hope all you mom's all celebrated this weekend.

Winter Maternity Session.

I truly believe our winter season is underrated. I love doing sessions with the snow and the winter sun. It creates a glow just like the late summer's eve. Here are a few shots from a recent maternity session.

An exciting mountain wedding.

I had the absolute privilege of capturing this wedding at the top of Sunshine village. I have always wanted to do a wedding on the top of a ski hill and I finally got the chance. I love weddings, but I love them even more in the mountains. Here is a quick sneak peak....more will be on my website soon.

Another mountain proposal.

I had the opportunity to be a part of something special. This couple won a contest and will be featured on a Valentine's video with AMA. I'll share the final product and more pictures once it's live, but for now here is a sneak peek....

So much more is in store for this year. I can't wait to see what else 2018 has for me.

A surprise mountain proposal.

I had the absolute pleasure of sneaking around to not be spotted and capture this surprise sunrise proposal. So much fun and brought a huge smile to my face for a couple days :)
